(dispensor pump should be provided with each bottle), surgical hand rub 0.5% chlorhexidine w/v and 70% alcohol v/v 100ml bottles with pump, surgical hand rub 0.5% chlorhexidine w/v and 70% alcohol v/v 500ml bottles with pump , skin preparing sol for surgical/sterile sites - containing chlorhexidine 0.5% w/v and ethanol/isopropanol 70% v/v 500ml , non peracetic acid aldehyde free preperations suitable for disinfecting equipments like edoscopes and anaesthesia surgical instruments, product should have wide material compatibility (5 litre bottle) , aldehyde free preparation with active content as peracetic acid for disinfecting edoscopes/anaesthesia equipments and disinfection time should be 5 min or ten.(should be sporicidal) product can be in solution or powder form. (“application cost” will be evaluated by technical committee and later only l1 will be finalized), instrument cleaning solution multi enzyme solution for pre cleaning the medical instruments (1 lit bottles) , instrument cleaning solution multi enzyme solution for pre cleaning the medical instruments 5lit bottles , cleaning and disinfectant solution for mopping/fogging should be aldehyde free and contact time should be 5 min or less and (should be a potential sporicidal if specified contact time is given.) . can be solution or powder form. application cost will be applied if necessary (1 lit bottles), rapid surface disinfectant spray aldehyde free sol 500ml , alcohol and aldehyde free rapid surface. disinfectant wipes recommended for cleaning usg probes with endorsement by major ultrasound brands. (boxes of 10 wipes each), low level disinfectant for cleaning of non critical areas. should be perfumed and should contain didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride as content 500ml, alcohol based hand rub solution containing propanol used for hand hygiene - 100 ml bottle with pump, alcohol based hand rub solution containing propanol used for hand hygiene - 500ml bottle with dispenser, body wipes for cleaning bedridden patients with recommendation for use in mucosal surface also and validated for clearance of acinetobacter baumanii & mrsa. should be chlorhexidine free.(pkt of 10 wipes), 2.4% glutaraldehyde with testing strips 1 ltr, 2.4% glutaraldehyde with testing strips 5ltr, chlorhexidine solution 20% v/v (equalent to 4% w/v chlorhexidine gluconate body wash 100ml, 70% isopropyl alcohol, glass cleaner, 1% hypochlorite solution 10l, dettol handwash.
