Weak concrete must be re moved and surface defects such as blowholes and voids must be fully exposed.Providing, supplying and applying to the designated floor areas shall be surfaced with 4 mm thick flow- applied Polyurathene resin floor topping which incluedes 1mm nominal thick scratch coat . Scratch coat shall be allowed to cure for 12-48 hours at 20°C before applying top coat. 3mm PU Topcoat using three component cementitious PU floor coat as in primer/ sealer coat including finishing the surface to even and plain using suitable means all as specified as directed and as per manufacturer’s instructions. Make STP/SIKA/FOSROC ,Cleaning and removal of oil, greese and other laitance over existing concrete surface using chemical and strong detergent as per the epoxy or PU manufacturer's recomandation. ,Micro concrete Repairs to the substrate, cutting of cracks, filling of blowholes/voids and surface leveling must be carried out using appropriate acrylic bonding agent and filling the same with microconcrete of compressive strength 50 N/mm2 and curing the surface with wax based curing compound as per the Engineer-in-charge instructions. |
