Main-work Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of brackish water desalination plant at tubewell sites in Puducherry. Sub-work Supply, Testing and Commissioning of brackish water desalination plant (BWDP) at Sithanandasamy Koil PS-V, Puducherry under EPC mode ,2.0 ,PART 1 INFRASTRUCTURE/CAPEX Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Brackish Water Desalination Plant (BWDP) ,Design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of RO Membrane Filtration unit including the Pressure sand filter, Activated Carbon Filter and two more-micron filters (5 micron and 10 micron) with their individual housing. RO membrane unit should have a minimum 85% recovery rate per train with 9 Membrane Housing and should have a 90 – 95% salt rejection rate. ,Design, manufacture/construct, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of HRSCC Treatment unit including a Central drivenClariflocculator with a drive and a central bridge, Flocculator drive, and provisions for chemical dosing systems for treating high TDS water. The total system cost should include the transportation and complete erection of the HRSCC system at the site. ,i. Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of high energy efficient Pumps to feed raw water from Collection tankto the HRSCC, to feed clarified water from Clear water tank to Filtration units, to feedfiltered water from filtered water tank to micron filters. ii. Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of high-pressure pumps to feed the filtered water from the micron filter to RO membranes. iii. Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of chemical dosing pumps for all the dosing systems proposed in the design should be provided. iv. Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of sludge transfer pump to transfer the sludge drained from the HRSCC outlet to the Sludge holding tank for further processing. v. Supply, Delivery, Installation of Backwash pumps, CIP pumps and other electro-mechanical devices required for the daily operation of the proposed plant. The proposed BWTP should run continuously to achieve the proposed capacity of treated water from RO membrane as permeate. Hence, pumps are to be provided in sufficient numbers (1 working and 1 stand-by) to ensure the continuous operation. ,i. Design and construction of RCC civil tanks for raw water collection, clear water outlet from the HRSCC, filtered water from the PSF & ACF, RO feed water, treated water from the RO membrane unit, etc. ii. Design and Construction of foundation and structural support to facilitate HRSCC along with the foundation for all the pumps, Filters, RO membrane unit/Skid, and other sub-systems of the plant. iii. Design and construction of sludge drying tank and beds based on the proposed design of the BWTP. The total cost should include all the materials, labour cost, Excavation, Shuttering, Dewatering costs and any other indirect costs required for the construction of the proposed Plant. All the necessary pipelines, and interconnections should be provided using CPVC, PVC and MS based on the design and necessity. ,Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Electrical systems with control panels (one Control panel for the HRSCC unit and another Control panel for the RO membrane unit using HMI/PLC) and various measuring instruments (including pH meter, Level switch, Flow meters, Pressure gauges, Conductivity meter, etc.) for the proposed BWTP. Supply, erection and Commissioning of remote monitoring using IOT/SCADA based control systems to facilitate ease of operation. ,GST @18% ,PART 2 Annual maintenance contract with supply of man power and chemicals for a period of 2 years during the defect liability period after successful commissioning of BWRO plant ,Operational and maintenance contract with supply of man power, chemicals for Defect Liability period - year 1 ,Operational and maintenance contract with supply of man power, chemicals for Defect Liability period - year 2 ,PART 3 AM Contract with supply of manpower and chemicals for a period of 5 years after defect liability period is completed. The contract thereafter includes maintenance of equipment and replacement of component as and when required. ,Operational and maintenance contract with supply of man power, chemicals and maintenance of all equipment in the system for year 1 after Defect Liability period. ,Operational and maintenance contract with supply of man power, chemicals and maintenance of all equipment in the system for year 2 after Defect Liability period. ,Operational and maintenance contract with supply of man power, chemicals and maintenance of all equipment in the system for year 3 after Defect Liability period. ,Operational and maintenance contract with supply of man power, chemicals and maintenance of all equipment in the system for year 4 after Defect Liability period. ,Operational and maintenance contract with supply of man power, chemicals and maintenance of all equipment in the system for
