dismantling the existing roof tiles along with cement mortar at required level by manually/by mechanically and disposal of un serviceable materials from 100m lead from the site. the rate includes cost of labours, materials, hire charges for scaffolding etc. as per direction and specification., cutting v-grooves in concrete slab, joints, cold joints etc. and treating with cera seal (two part poly sulphide sealant) after necessary priming application. complete all as per direction and specification., providing and laying water proofing treatment with 3mm thick app (acatic poly propylene) bituminous polyplus membrane reinforced with 180gsm non woven polyster matt by torch laid fashion, including priming with bituminous primer @ 100gsm per sqm, laying the membrane by torching with 100mm overlaps and joints with lpg torching and protecting the treatment as directed by eic at all levels, providing and applying two coats of brush bond waterproofing chemical (fosroc or equivalent) as per manufacturer direction and specification over the slab after cleaning the surface using wired brush or necessary including cost of materials, labour charges etc. at all levels., providing cement plastering with water proofing compound of approved quality in cm 14 as directed by eic. including scrapping/chipping the damaged surfaces and make fine finish with necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete all as per specification. |
