Supply installation testing and commissioning of four number of modular operation theatres with allied items - wall and ceiling panels-wall and ceiling puf panels using stainless steel 304 sheet grade of 0.8mm thick on ot side & one sheet 0.5mm thick ppgi ( pre painted galvanized steel) on wall side having 60mm thick puf in between having puf density of 40kg/m3 with proper supports as per technical specifications of annexure ""b""., antibacterial / antifungal paint-antibacterial / antifungal paint-water based aseptic & self sterilizing jointless coating of reputed make for wall, ceiling & corner panels; filling of all joints & cavities with metal epoxy filler and sanded flush to provide a seamless finish including one primer and three coats of antibacterial & antifungal paint equivalent to a minimum dry film thickness of 400 microns. for other details refer annexure b, laminar air flow system / ot plenum-the laminar flow system shall comprise of the thick extruded aluminum profiles frames of size 2400mm x 1800 mm having sufficient nos. of hepa filters etc. as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., conductive seamless flooring with coving on all corners-antistatic electro static discharge (esd) control flooring, anti fungal, vinyl or epoxy seamless flooring seamless of 2mm thick, scratch resistant, fire resistant, chemical resistant, slip resistant with perfectly curved flash coving, resistant to mechanical stresses & dynamic loads as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., hermatically sealed sliding door system (automatic)-hermatically sealed horizontal sliding ot door with double toughned glass vision window of 300mm x 300mm viewing window and of size 1500mm x 2100 mm (w x h) as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., hermatically sealed sliding door system (automatic)-hermatically sealed horizontal sliding ot door with double toughned glass vision window of 300mm x 300mm viewing window and of size (900-1000mm x 2100 mm (w x h) as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., surgeon control panel -touch screen (27" or more) mirror touch surgeon control panel flushed in the theater wall comprising of the featuresas per technical specifications of annexure "b"., x-ray view screen-three plate x-ray viewing screen designed to provide a high level of control luminance without flickering of size 800mm x 400mm as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., writing white board-sturdy writing board of size 840mm x 640mm with perfect marker writing surface in front and back as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., storage unit- mounted flushed with the theatre wall, storage unit size 1650mm x 850 x350 mm having two shelves, made of 1.5 mm thick egp with 120 microns provided with antifungal and antibacterial surface coating of approved colour and shades duly provided with 5mm thick acrylic sheet in front with sliding arrangement. for other details refer annexure "b"., pressure release damper-s.s. fabricated cascade pressure stabilizer having ss blades as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., peripheral lights (dimmable)-recess mounted sealed ip54 protocol, non-hygroscopic peripheral lights ; 45 watt led lights having compact high glow low wattage led lighting system. these lights are having electrical safety code for high & low voltages and as per technical specifications of annexure "b", internal wiring-laying of pvc conduits, modular switch boxes, modular switches-sockets, power and light frls wiring including earthing wire for all the lighting controls, pendant and other equipment fixtures and fittings etc. as per requirements to complete the work in all respects inside the theatre. wiring with low leakage current and as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., electrical panel-16 gauge dust vermin electrical panel as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., hatch box-a hatch box made from ss 304 grade of 600mm x 600mm×450 mm size with two doors to be operated electronically; uv light to be given inside the hatch box, which sets on automatically when door is closed, uv light gets off when any one door opens. door opening indicators to be present on both sides of the door and as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., pressure differential switch-the minimum positive pressure recommended is 2.5 pascal (0.01 inches of water). air differential pressure switch to maintain positive pressure differential between ot and adjoining areas. positve pressure will be maintained in ot all the times (operational and non operational hours) as per technical specifications of annexure "b"., "scrub -two bay automatic scrub sink of 304 stainless steel of 1.6mm thick, polished to stain finish complete with thermostatic mixing valve for hot & cold water, strainers, jaquar spouts, soap stand, touchless senser & foot operated spout bypass system etc.as per technical specifications of annexure ""b""., ", pendants, "double arm sergeon pandant-heavy duty double arm ceil
