periodical services / welcome maintenance under ge (n) - Taking down cement plaster on brick walls/ceilings built in cement mortar including raking out joints and concrete surfaces as in wall or ceiling etc. including hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed, M&L 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 16 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed, M&L 5 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 13 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed, M&L for preparing old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete, M&L for preparing old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed, Complete removal of existing treatment on walls/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism ) with sanding pad of appropriate size grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge, Preparing of surfaces of walls and carrying out following treatment as under a) M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on internal surfaces of walls (thickness vary from 0.50 to 1.0 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) and sand papering after applying the putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. b) M&L for Applying one coat of interior primer to wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. c) M&L for Applying two coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) to wall surfaces by using rollers/ roller brush to get smooth finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge, Preparing of surfaces of ceilings and carrying out following treatment as under a) M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on internal surfaces of ceilings surface (thickness vary from .50 to 1.0 mm as required for desired directed, M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceilings and applying 01 coat of interior emulsion paint (white shade) 1 coats to old painted surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed, M & L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, M & L for preparing old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description from metal/wooden frame including punching or drilling out glazing pins/spring clips, M & L Sheet glass ordinary quality 4 mm thick and glazing with oil puttly or wooden beads in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed, M & L Figured / pin headed glass 4mm thick and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete, S&F tubing of 25 mm bore mild steel chromium plated 1.6 mm wall thickness as in curtain rod complete incl necessary nos of brackets, stops and fancy type tops at rod ends etc in repairs all as specified & directed, S&F vitreous china premium/1st quality wash basin, white/ivory/off white, flat back, size 550x400 mm with brackets etc. all accessories as recommended by manufacturer with inlet and outlet screwed for pipe or connections incl all necessary accessories for fixing, packing, union and incl 32mm brass CP waste coupling and complete in all respect as per manufacturer's instructions and taking down existing of any description/size all as specified, S&F vitreous china premium/1st quality wash down water closet pan floor mounting (pedestal pattern/EWC) white/ivory including connection to drain (or out going
