Construction of No. mm dia, Machine Drilled hand pump Tube well & SITC of
Electro Mechanical Works at Ground Colony Khimber district Srinagar ,2.0 ,Drilling/Boring of 125 mm diameter Tubewell by Air Rotary Drilling Rig Unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125 mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I) with up-to-date amendments encountered including installation, testing and commissioning of M-II Hand pump assembly complete. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones, including collecting samples from different strata after every 10-feet in transparent containers/boxes for proper visualisation/inspection, then preparing and submitting of strata chart/bore log and job card. The job includes the cost shifting of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing, shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items.
The job also includes Development of Tube well with backwash method with air compressor unit of required capacity with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer. ,Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Fe 410 mild steel screwed or socketed/plain ended 125 mm nominal Dia (MS 125 mm) Casing pipe conforming to IS 42702001 with up-to-date amendments of reputed & approved make, including painting of outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required transportation, hire & labour charges, fitting/welding and accessories, all complete for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. The casing pipe is to be slotted as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer. ,Providing/Laying of Plain Cement Concrete block of size 4ft × 4ft × 1ft in 136 mix to give adequate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well.
In case the suitable space for the above specification is not available, the surface area is to be adjusted accordingly in the shape of Circle/Square/Rectangle or as per site shape available. ,Harnessing and yield test of the tube well by way of shifting all the men and machinery to site including DG set, submersible pumping unit, Tripod for lowering and uplifting of pumping unit along with column pipes and all other necessary tools and tackles required for completion of the job in accordance with IS2800 (Part-I & II) to establish maximum rate of usable water yield free from sand and chemical contents by installing a test pump (submersible pumping unit suitable for the bore well). The pumping operation of well shall be continued till the measuring yield is achieved not less then 1000 GPH by step draw down method and turbidity level comes below 5 NTU and collecting the water sample and shall be tested in central laboratory, all complete. ,Providing, installation, Lowering, testing and commissioning of single-phase submersible pumping unit with allied equipment required for successful installation. The job also includes Fabrication, providing & fitting of suitable dia. GI nipple cum reducer as per outlet of above submersible pump duly threaded up to suitable length and other end for membering with column pipe as per site requirement.
Fabrication of mild steel crate belt around the pump motor including all allied works at site. Providing & fitting of 32 mm dia. long elbow duly threaded and socketed at top of well casing ,Providing, lowering & fitting of 32 mm Dia. class B, socketed GI column pipe in the well by utilizing tools and tackles like chain pulley and tripod at site. The job includes the cost of cutting/threading on both sides of each column pipe having 3m length including providing, fitting of desired size heavy duty GI socket to each joint. Pipe material shall be with all BIS codes. ,Design, Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated Advanced sub control panel suitable for operating 3 HP single phase submersible pumping unit with voltage range 150-240 Volts having run capacitor 100 MFD and start Capacitor 150/200 MPD with over load relay 12-22 A fitted with contractor 25 A, Miniature circuit breaker B32, protection devices, indicating lamps, push buttons for ON & OFF, Dual metering module 50 Hz AC power supply
