To supply the required reagents, solutions, chemicals, consumable materials, calibrating agents, control and quality check agents to the Medical Laboratory, Visakha Steel General Hospital (VSGH) of RINL, VSP. To install and take up R&M (repair & maintenance) of the installed brand new Fully automated Biochemistry Analyzers of the prescribed technical specification as required by Medical Laboratory, VSGH of RINL, VSP, for a period of not less than 5 years. Also, to attend to calls for necessary clarifications on operations, do preventive maintenance and visits by service engineer for regular maintenance of the Biochemistry Analyzers at no additional cost to RINL, VSP. Provide training on the methodology and operations of the Fully automated Biochemistry Analyzers to VSGH technicians/ staff, with no additional cost to RINL, VSP. Blood Glucose, Blood Urea, Serum Creatinine, Total Cholesterol, Serum Triglyceride, HDL, Serum Total Bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT, Alkaline Phosphatase, Serum direct or conjugated Bilirubin, Total Protein, Serum Albumin, Serum Uric acid, Serum Amylase, RA Factor, ASO titre, CRP, Serum Calcium, HbA1C, 24 hr Urine Protein, Urine/CSF Albumin, Lipase, Ion Selective Electrode Solution (Reference), Ion Selective Electrode Solution Mid Standard, Ion Selective Electrode Solution Buffer
