Establishment of a pilot plant for 1 TPD (One Ton Per Day) Delamination of Multilayer Plastics (MLP) under a turnkey contract at JNARDDC, Nagpur. The pilot plant shall process incoming MLP waste through shredding, storage, chemical treatment in a jacketed reactor, separation of plastic and aluminium fractions, washing, dewatering, drying, and compaction. The process must ensure safe handling of vapors, efficient recovery of materials, and reuse of wash water wherever feasible.
